European Days of Crafts
Since 2014, the European Days of Crafts (ETAK) have been an integral part of Berlin’s creative and cultural life—and they continue to grow every year. Over the course of three days, several hundred studios, workshops, and exhibition venues open their doors to an ever-increasing number of visitors of all ages.
Participation in the open studio days is free of charge for both exhibitors and visitors. Look forward to a long weekend of watching, trying things out, and taking part: studios, workshops, educational centers, and institutions host exhibitions, talks, guided tours, and much more. From elegant evening gowns to melodious small organs, fine ceramics and paper works to meticulously crafted stone sculptures—arts and crafts showcase the diversity of handcrafted design.
Arts and crafts are also present in the digital space: web shops, social media activities, and virtual formats complement the in-person encounters on site.
